Delivery of an Excetek V400G
In order to produce special cold drawn tubes, bars and profiles, Osborn Metals keeps in-house the capacity to produce drawing dies as well as the mandrels. The integration of these means is fundamental to ensure optimal responsiveness in the event of any damage encountered in production, such as the breakage of a die. Thanks to our resources and our team, we are able to remake any cold drawing tool in less than 48 hours and continue production for our customers !
Today, our park of machines is expanding and modernizing with the integration of an Excetek V400G electro-erosion machine which will lend a hand to our two FANUC machines and which will allow us to increase our capacity and our speed in making tools.
