What is rolling at Osborn Metals
It took us time but we wanted to make things right. Actually, we have just finalized the re-installation, the modernization and the security of one cold rollforming machine coming from the company De Angelis located in Saint-Ouen L’Aumône – now closed. This cold rollforming machine aims at producing, in a very secure environment for our associates, some simple profiles like U, C or L shapes but also complex profiles like closed profiles or folded edged profiles made out of steel, galvanized steel, stainless steel aluminum and even titanium ! And as we can offer for our cold drawn tubes, bars and profiles, we can offer any type of post-treatment thanks to our own furnaces (Stress Relieve, quenching & tempering, normalization….).
Next step : we aim at adding the cold rollforming process to the perimeter of our certification EN9100 to serve also aeronautical products.
