Osborn Metals x Taillefer Cycles : A Strong Partnership for the Cabestan
At Osborn Metals, we are proud to support Taillefer Cycles in the manufacture of the Cabestan, a collapsible touring bike designed for adventure and simplicity.
This ambitious project, born in collaboration with Sémaphore Cycles, focuses on quality, repairability, and controlled local manufacturing.
To ensure robustness and technical consistency, Taillefer Cycles chose constant-thickness 25CD4S (Chromoly) tubes, selected for their reliability.
From the prototype stage onward, 66% of the total tube weight came from Osborn Metals, with the goal of 100% Osborn production in the long term.
A partnership of engineering and trust, dedicated to a bike designed to last.
