Open sections :
– > Cold drawn based on strips or coils
– > Unfolded lenght 4mm to 200mm
– > Wall tickness : 0.5mm to 20mm
– > Tolerances : depend on the technology
– > Standard length : 3m to 5m, up to 8 meters

Finishing
– > Surface treatment : descaling, phosphatizing, oiling.
– > Possible finish : raw from cold drawing or descaled and phosphatized or linished and oiled
– > Heat treatments : Quenching, tempering, normalization, annealing…
– > De-twisting, straightening, cut to length
– > On demand : machining, coating
