A Custom-Made 316Ti ! Osborn Metals Expertise at Work
These three seamless hexagonal tubes made of cold-drawn 316Ti stainless steel may look similar, but each has a different level of work hardening, specifically defined according to our client’s requirements.
Thanks to a precise analysis by our Methods team, we combined solution annealing treatments and tailored drawing passes to achieve work hardening levels ranging from 10% to 30%.
Once the performance is validated by our client and the optimal work hardening level is selected, we will proceed to series production of the tubes.
Our expertise in cold drawing and heat treatment of tubes, bars, and profiles allows us to offer customized solutions to our clients.
