Special Heat Treatment
In order to answer to our customer’s needs and to ensure the highest quality of our products, Osborn Metals, specialist in cold drawing of special steel tubes and profiles, owns internally several heat treatment installations. Our heat treatment park is composed of several types of furnaces with very specific performances and capabilities that are of course adapted to long length tubes and profiles cold drawn in Osborn Metals but also, it is interesting to note, as a post-treatment on products from our customers that would like to modify the mechanical characteristic of tubes, bars or profiles from their stocks. In addition to the standards ISO9001:2015 and EN9100:2018 qualifying the complete company, Osborn Metals is proud to be certified "L030 03-001" on Special Processes by AIRBUS HELICOPTER and SAFRAN.
