At Osborn Metals, we managed the confinement period with a partial activity adjusted to the needs of our customers, dropping and fluctuating needs.
The risk was accepted by staff as part of a business continuation plan including strict sanitary measures implemented in close and continuous collaboration with staff representatives.
But now the main risk is the sclerosis of economic activity in France.
Then we are relying upon a rapid deconfinement without excessive constraints for companies.
Yes, such a deconfinement is a risk, but we trust companies, social partners, local actors to manage it.
